There are 48 tourist apartments, ground floor with garden, two-storey with terrace and penthouses with roof terrace and balcony. Outdoor areas include a communal swimming pool, children’s playgrounds and green areas, as well as a gym and spa, heated pool with massages and sauna. Completion date – summer 2026.
We guarantee net income for our clients.
Our project will be built on tourist-designated land, so once construction is completed, each property will permanently obtain its tourist license for vacation rental activity.
Owner’s Personal Use:
The client will have 4 months of personal use per year, which can be distributed as they wish throughout the year.
During the high-demand months (July and August), the owner may use the property for a maximum of two weeks.
Professional Rental Management:
For the remaining 8 months of the year, we have a contract with, a specialist in vacation rentals on the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida. They will take care of maximizing your property’s profitability without you having to worry about
anything.
We will be responsible for:
Managing your property to achieve the highest profitability
Sending monthly reports and income statements
Providing visibility through a dedicated app
Cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and inspections after each rental
Income Guarantee:
With this campaign guarantees €25,000 net per year before taxes during the first three years.
How does this guarantee work?
If, after 12 months of rental activity, the client does not reach €25,000 net (after expenses and before taxes), we will pay the difference to reach that amount.
