We have several legal advisors with whom we cooperate and it is possible to communicate in Spanish, English, Swedish and Czech.
Foreigners can get a mortgage in Spain, but the conditions may be stricter than for locals. It is usually possible to obtain financing up to 60-70% of the value of the property. It depends on many factors such as your financial situation, the amount of the deposit, the price of the property, etc. Contact us for more information.

Yes, it is possible, but we recommend only if you know the location or have the property only as an investment and trust your broker. Our real estate agency also deals with property rentals and we know the location, we also own several properties here, so we can advise you even when buying a property without coming to Spain. In this case, at a pre-arranged time, we can give you an online video tour of the property and possibly also the immediate surroundings.
Property insurance is not mandatory but strongly recommended. If you also rent out the property, a tourist license will not be issued without insurance.
Rules vary by region. In some areas, a short-term rental license is required. When buying a property in Spain it is always important to be well informed and to use the services of local professionals such as lawyers and real estate agents who can help you through the entire process.
